WELCOME TO THE DUBLIN PIT

Sustainable Rehabilitation Through Resource Recovery

Dublin Pit Rehabilitation Facility is a South Australian quarry rehabilitation project dedicated to the responsible recovery and beneficial reuse of suitable materials.

Our objective is to progressively rehabilitate the quarry by creating a safe, stable and environmentally sustainable landform that supports future development opportunities while reducing the volume of suitable materials sent to landfill.

Operating in accordance with South Australian environmental standards, Dublin Pit accepts approved Waste Derived Fill (WDF), clean soils, rock, concrete and other C&D materials for beneficial reuse as part of the site's rehabilitation program.

Environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance and long-term landform stability are at the core of our operations. All incoming materials are assessed against strict acceptance criteria and EPA requirements to ensure they are suitable for reuse within the rehabilitation area.

By transforming approved materials into a valuable rehabilitation resource, Dublin Pit contributes to a more sustainable circular economy while supporting the restoration of former extractive industry land.

For detailed information on accepted and prohibited materials, testing requirements and compliance criteria, please refer to our Material Acceptance Guidelines.
